WebThis doesn't work with f4se, so I'm wondering if there's a way to make this work or an alternate way to launch f4se through the normal FO4 game in your steam library? The loader spawns a console window, but the loader is done shortly after spawning the process (it may wait around until the game closes or may close immediately; I don't remember off the top of my head). Either way, no component does anything special when you save, and nothing grabs focus.

Also am I supposed to somehow launch the game using Vortex? WebNov 1, 2024 · Copy f4se_1_10_50.dll, f4se_loader.exe, and f4se_steam_loader.dll to your Fallout installation folder. This is usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout 4\, but if you have installed to a custom Steam library then you will need to find this folder yourself. Copy the Data folder over as well.
