That means that the END tree has two perks that directly conflict and actively make the effect of another worse, which is pretty lame. WebIts not a priority perk, but its great to have for survival, especially if you go to Far Harbor in your playthrough. Strong Back is incredibly useful on survival. Being overencumbered is a death sentence. It is one of the few perks that actually gets a bonus specific to survival.
