Webdevelopment of the Model Code of Conduct. The Model Code is the template for the Nunavut Code of Professional Conduct. Lawyers will find much familiar content preserving rules, commentaries and practical guidance previously found in the Canadian Bar Association Code which served Nunavut lawyers for many years.
