A few days later another company calls out of Spain saying they heard he had a timeshare and in Spain they can sell his 15 vacations for a lot more and will buy his rights for 20k. All in all, in the past 2 cruises with them, different agents were not available when I needed them, gave incorrect information to me, reported incorrect passport information to Disney and refused to get me money back when a disney rate dropped.
